Kim Kirkendall

Kim Kirkendall co-founded Energy-Inc. and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer, since its inception. Under his leadership, Energy-Inc has become the world leader in renewable energy technologies. On a daily basis Kim oversees the development and implementation of strategies for Energy-Inc’s diverse client base, ensuring each organization’s growth and energy security.
Prior to founding Energy-Inc., Kim was the corporate Vice-President of Sustainable Facility Development with Energy and Environmental Resources at MGM MIRAGE - one of the world's leading and most respected development companies with significant holdings in gaming, hospitality and entertainment. In that role, Kim was responsible for the development and execution of international operational plans and initiatives related to energy management and natural resource conservation. Kim also worked with other Fortune 500 companies, such as Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide and General Motors in a similar capacity.
Kim is a Steering Committee Member of the US Department of Energy, Commercial Real Estate Energy Alliance (CREEA) and a founding Board Member of the non-profit organization Renewable Energy and Conservation Corporation. Kim has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana State University and obtained his MBA in 2003. Kim also attended Harvard University Graduate School of Design in 2004, 2007 and obtained an executive education on Hospitality For The Future, Hotel Design and Development.
